Pioneers Healthcare Foundation offers a variety of annual scholarships for local individuals interested in pursuing a career in healthcare. Six scholarships are available to continuing college students, area residents, and/or graduating high school seniors who plan to get a degree in a healthcare-related field.

In partnership with CNCC, Pioneers Medical Center is offering a scholarship to increase the number of professionals in the field of nursing (RN or LPN). This scholarship is awarded based on a student’s academic performance (minimum G.P.A. of 2.5 is required) and community service.

This scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior based on the student’s academic performance, commitment to their education, commitment to serving others and community involvement. A strong academic performance is important. Applicant must have a 3.0 G.P.A. and have already been accepted into a college/university or accredited school in the program of his/her choice.
Scholarship Amount: Up to $4,000 as a $1,000 annual-renewable scholarship to be paid out for up to 4 years

To be eligible for renewal, recipient must maintain at least a 3.0 G.P.A. or provide a letter from the school stating you are a student in good standing throughout graduate school.
